Israel
In 1993 my sister and I spent a summer as a volunteer on a kibutz,in the north of Israel. We travelled and chose our trip with the aid of a professional organisation. They supplied and organised the travel package including flight, group meetings, being met from the airport and the placements of work once actually in Isreal. It was a safe option and a great way to see a country.
